Did You Accept the Challenge?
By: Dan | Category: Motivation | Posted: 12-02-08 | No Comments »So now that Thanksgiving is over, how did you do on the Challenge that I made last week? In case you missed it, here the post: How to Stay On Track During the Holidays. The basic idea is to work on actually improving your fitness during the holidays instead of doing the regular trend of gaining weight, bad weight.
So how did you do? I personally did ok, but admittedly ate more pie than I should have. Did you do the same?
If so, don’t be hard on yourself, but get back with it and stick it out throught the rest of the holiday season. Christmas is only in a couple of weeks I’m sure you’ll have plenty of parties to go to between now and then. You’ll be tempted to throw everything out the window and just get back on track later. Don’t do it!
Every day you have to make a choice of if you’re going to work towards your goals or against your goals. Every day you have to make that decision.
So how bad do you want it?
I’d love to hear some comments on what you’ve done either this year or in the past to keep on track through the holidays. Feel free to share some below!

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving, which means that the Holiday Season is definitely here. Along with it come all of the parties and get-togethers that can really throw you off track of reaching your goals if you let it!
