Protein Taste Review – Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey

To continue with the whey protein taste review, recently I finished off a bottle of Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey. Optimum’s Whey is often regarded as one of the best tasting whey supplements out there, and I would have to say after using it consistently it is one of the best. It definitely tastes better with milk than it does with water.

So on a scale of 1 to 10 for taste, I’d give it an 8/10.
