    This is perfect! I really need to boost my immune system. Everyone keeps telling me to just take vitamin C but it’s off limits for now (Dr’s orders). Every time I start working out again with in the first three weeks I get sick. This will definitely help with my results.

    I personally think that the immune system boost is one of the best features of Glutamine. The other benefits are just frosting on the cake!
