Creatine 6000ES contains the highest quality of pure Creatine Monohydrate along with all the essential amino acids (L-methionine, L-arginine, L-glycine) that are required for the production of Creatine in the body.
Directions: For the first 5 days (loading phase)- Take 1 heaping teaspoon 5 times daily. After day 5 (maintenance phase)- Take 1 heaping teaspoon 1-3 times daily. After 12 weeks, repeat cycle.
