Directions: For the first 5 days (loading phase)- Take 1 heaping teaspoon 5 times daily. After day 5 (maintenance phase)- Take 1 heaping teaspoon 1-3 times daily. After 12 weeks, repeat cycle.

this the worst creatine ever. muscletech will never seize being thieves. you want to get huge-use storm by universal. celltech works but their price-stealing!
